This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") regulates the terms and conditions regarding the use of the mobile/online application named QUANTA ("Application") and constitutes a legal agreement between the user and QUANTA. Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the QUANTA application. This agreement regulates the legal rights and obligations regarding your use of QUANTA ("Application").
QUANTA is an application developed solely for informational and educational purposes. No content provided by the application constitutes investment advice, financial recommendation, or any professional advice. The user accepts that all responsibility for decisions made using this application belongs entirely to themselves, commits to understanding that the educational content in the application is provided with artificial intelligence support and may be misleading, and declares that they are responsible for any potential material or moral damages.
The predictions, analyses, and data in the application are largely generated by artificial intelligence models. This content may sometimes be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. The user explicitly accepts and commits that these AI-supported predictions do not guarantee absolute accuracy and that they will make decisions solely based on their own evaluation.
The user accepts that all decisions made, transactions performed, or consequences that may arise based on information provided by QUANTA are their own responsibility, and that the application has no binding or guiding effect on these decisions.
QUANTA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for personal and non-commercial use only. You cannot copy, resell, commercially package, frame the entire application or any part of it, or create derivative works.

QUANTA may use or share user data with third parties for analytical purposes by making it personally unidentifiable (anonymizing). In this process:
Anonymous data may be used for research, development, and business partnership purposes.
User personal data is processed in accordance with KVKK and GDPR provisions. Data is collected, processed, and shared with third parties with explicit consent when necessary, as specified in the application's privacy policy. The user declares that by using the application, they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
QUANTA is not responsible for damages that may arise directly or indirectly from transactions performed by users. The application is provided "as is" and no warranty is given.
QUANTA may terminate this agreement at any time. In this case, your right to use the application automatically terminates. In case of breach of the agreement, your license is immediately revoked.
This Agreement has been prepared taking into account the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions together. The parties agree that Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices will have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes that may arise from this Agreement.
QUANTA's servers are hosted within the European Union borders (Frankfurt, Germany), and compliance with European Union and Republic of Turkey legislation is taken as a basis for the processing and protection of user data.
The user accepts and commits not to use any content obtained from QUANTA for market manipulation, price manipulation, spreading misleading information, or any commercial/financial activity prohibited by regulatory authorities.
By using the application, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all the conditions in this agreement.
In particular, you explicitly accept and commit that artificial intelligence predictions are not investment advice and that all decisions belong to the user.
